Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Due to the perishable nature of our oat-based products (prebiotics, probiotics, and greens), we do not accept returns of opened food products for health and safety reasons. However, the guarantee applies to your first order of any single product.

Refunds (if applicable)

To initiate a refund request, please email info@oatlabs.co with your order number and the reason for your dissatisfaction. We value your feedback as it helps us improve our formulas.

• Once your request is received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Provide a photo of the damage, and we will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
